About the Role:
We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team, who helps us in creating a strategic liaison between HR and the business side of a company. Should have a deep understanding of the business and know how to help the organization achieve its goals. They primarily work with the company's leaders and senior (line) managers to ensure HR activities align with and support their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive and focus on high performance culture and support the leaders on building an organization that lives Orange Health values every day at work.
- Be a strategist with an uncanny ability to connect the dots between where we're going and how we need to get there.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and continuously innovate and improve HR processes and programs.
- Design positive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct Focus Group Discussions and Employee Check Ins to diagnose team/org/manager effectiveness, share insights and drive action with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of issues & employee satisfaction.
- Lead the performance management process in collaboration with the business leaders. Drive awareness around the process and timelines, co-create calibration guidelines based on business performance
- Conduct exit conversations and co-create retention plans by working closely with business leaders and CEO's
- Handle employee grievances (regarding recoveries, harassment, unfair treatment etc.) and investigations ensuring compliance with legal regulations
Requirements :
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
- Business mindset: Strong business acumen and ability to understand business strategy and goals.
- Problem-solving: You should have forward thinking and bias to action to solve problems.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making, demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Ability to manage change and transformation: Need to be able to adapt to and effectively manage change and transformation.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence other
