You'll be working closely with the founders and leadership to execute this successfully. - As part of this, it will involve all aspects of retail: identifying potential locations, identifying the right TG, driving demand, P&L, building SOPs, driving the metrics across stores & teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and come up with strategies for marketing, branding and inventory management - Innovate and create the best experience for our customers at Authorized Collection Centers. - Create, develop, and implement a business growth expansion strategy for ACC's and improve the optimal use of resources. - Manage operations and simultaneously focus on opening new stores as a part of business expansion strategy.
