Our People NPS is &gt;90% and Glassdoor rating is 4.9 Role and Responsibilities: - Ensure high-quality experience for patients - Create and maintain Recruitment and training standards for e-Medics - Hire/Deploy e-medic trainers and manage this team (1 Trainer per Territory) - Build a training academy in the city and replicate it in all geographies - Uniform & Bag/Kit audits (e-Medics and Runners) - RCA for low eMedic NPS - Inventory management - Manage Central inventory of Logistics and on-time supply (Uniform, Bags, Kits, Raincoat, Jackets, Vein detectors, Briefcase etc.) - Process management - The program manages the smooth release of new product features for logistics - Periodic audit of city operations and standardization checks (Hubs, e-Medics, Runners, NIFLR etc.) - Create and deploy Standard Operating Manual for process standardization and training of City teams - Hiring, Promotion, Hub Maintenance, e-Medic growth etc. - People management - Establish/develop recruitment channels of e-medics to support cities in pipeline management (quick demand turnaround) - Maintain and release Incentives for PAN-India team on time - Monitor and achieve "Cost of Collection" CPO - Track Capex and OpEx of hubs - Review routes developed by logistics managers - Review eMedic allocation to hubs - Track and minimize shrinkage of materials in logistics
