At Orange Health Labs, we bring the lab home for our customers. One of our big growth levers to build awareness and enable trials is the extensive on-ground BTL marketing that we do. We do a host of activities ranging from RWA camps in high rises to promoter led activities in Pharmacies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving BTL marketing and ensuring that we give the best Orange Health Labs experience to our customers. Key Deliverables: - Building and executing BTL marketing plan multiple channels across different geos - Identifying the right consumer offering as per different BTL activities - Owning the key success metrics for all BTL marketing activities - Identifying the right avenues of BTL marketing for Orange Health Labs - Building SOPs for standardized execution and performance measurement across various BTL activities in different geographies. What should an ideal candidate have: - Should ideally have at least 3 years of experience - Should have worked in sales execution role - Should have on-ground marketing experience - Should be good at stakeholder management
