Understand expectations, identify & address potential issues in the deliveries and recommend improvements - Drive transformation & on ground implementation of people, process, and technology for supply chain - Set and govern Business Continuity management for supply chain operations - avoiding any impact on customer and business - Understand the customer needs related to supply chain and get them fulfilled with support from vendors / partners as OPT, Westcon, other Leasing Vendors for Hardware, and License procurement management - Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects to control, reduce, avoid CAPEX and OPEX in procurement, inventory management & supply chain processes. - Complex Customer Management-Build strong interlock between customer account, project teams & SC - Analytics & Continuous Improvement (CI) - Develop & prepare strategies for Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Business Intelligence - Guide in design, develop metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, to drive key business decisions - Lead and support initiatives that ensure the supply chain operates with industry best practices in the areas of Innovation, Efficiency, Customer Service/Service Level, Inventory Management and Quality. - To manage and own E2E operational & strategic relationship with Vendors to meet Customer's Experience. - Manage the relationship and operational performance of On Process Technology (OPT) in India as the key Supply Chain Operations partner - Drive & implement business strategies which will improve profitability and minimize revenue leakages. - Onboard new and alternate vendors to improve delivery, quality & cost performance. - Support Partner's new products & process incubation, transformations, and lifecycle strategy.
