Role Summary
The Solution Enablement Practitioner Oracle Utilities will act as a senior leader responsible for scaling and running the Oracle Utilities practice. This role blends technical architecture expertise with practice leadership, revenue growth, and solution innovation. The incumbent will support Solution Architects in solution development and approvals, establish a solution factory model, build reusable assets, and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive go-to-market strategies and high-quality delivery across Oracle Utilities implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute strategies to scale the Oracle Utilities practice, including revenue targets, market positioning, and capability development.
- Establish and operationalize a solution factory model to bring consistency, efficiency, and quality to solution development.
- Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to streamline delivery and reduce cost and cycle time.
Solution Enablement & Pre-Sales
- Support Solution Architects in solution design, estimation, and approval processes.
- Partner with sales teams to shape proposals, solution offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with scope of services, delivery locations, commercials, and client expectations.
Delivery Leadership
- Oversee large-scale, distributed delivery of Oracle Utilities implementations (CC&B, MDM, C2M, WACs).
- Ensure delivery excellence across budget, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, validate designs, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
People & Capability Leadership
- Attract, mentor, and retain top Oracle Utilities talent.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and technical SMEs within the practice.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in utilities consulting or a closely related domain.
- Proven expertise in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities platforms including CC&B, MDM, C2M, and WACs.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling large practices with revenue and operational accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cloud-based utility architectures and modernization programs.
- Familiarity with industry architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Prior experience defining go-to-market strategies for utilities platforms.
- Exposure to global, multi-location delivery models.
