Job Description: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle SCM solutions, supporting implementations, and resolving functional issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain Management.

- Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules based on business processes.

- Work with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and configuration documents.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide production support.

- Work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.

- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT.

- Provide user training and prepare user guides/documentation.

- Participate in enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM.

- Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle SCM modules:

1. Inventory Management

2. Procurement / Purchasing

3. Order Management

4. Supply Planning

5. Manufacturing

6. Cost Management

- Good understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is preferred.
