Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting OTM Cloud solutions while ensuring seamless logistics planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud

- Configure and manage transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and order management

- Design and maintain rate setups, contracts, and tariffs

- Handle OTM integrations with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) using XML, REST, and SOAP

- Configure and manage OTM workflows and agent actions

- Troubleshoot and resolve order and shipment planning failures

- Support and manage OTM Cloud upgrades, including impact analysis and testing

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate logistics requirements into scalable OTM solutions

- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management

- Mandatory hands-on experience with OTM Cloud

- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes

- Expertise in rates, contracts, tariffs, and freight settlement

- Proven experience in OTMERP integrations

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Experience handling cloud upgrades and release management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on global or large-scale logistics implementations

- Exposure to multi-country transportation and compliance scenarios

- Oracle OTM certification is a plus
