Role Summary: As an Oracle NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations for mid-sized companies. The role demands strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations - Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions - Configure and customise NetSuite modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, CRM, etc. - Lead data migration and system integration efforts in coordination with technical teams - Provide user training and post-go-live support - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time - Document configurations, processes, and training materials Required Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation - Strong functional expertise across NetSuite modules - Experience working with mid-sized organisations - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to the real estate domain is a strong plus - Oracle NetSuite certification - Previous consulting or client-facing experience
