We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end implementation and support activities.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation & Benefits modules and delivering full-cycle implementations, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits configurations.

- Configure Benefits setup including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, life events, and enrollments.

- Support end-to-end implementation: fit-gap, design, testing, deployment, and support.

- Perform SIT, UAT, and functional testing for benefits processes.

- Work with technical teams for integrations with payroll and third-party vendors.

- Resolve issues related to benefits configuration and processing.

- Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and user guides.

- Support training, change management, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits configuration.

- Expertise in eligibility profiles, life events, plan setup, and enrollment rules.

- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

- Knowledge of Core HR is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of benefits processes and compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
