
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - US Payroll
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Functional implementations with a focus on US Payroll
- Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules
- Design, build, and maintain Fast Formulas to support payroll and benefits processing
- Ensure compliance with US payroll statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support payroll runs, reconciliations, year-end processing, and audits
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
- Provide functional documentation and user training
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- US Payroll (mandatory)
- Core HR
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Fast Formulas
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
- Strong understanding of US payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments
