Overview:

End to end exp on working with Implementation projects. Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.

Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of the Business Processes and Compensation Summary

- Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules

- Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes

- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents

- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports

- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules

- Has worked with small and large teams

- Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project
