Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Pune / Trivandrum

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead with strong expertise in Talent Management & Recruiting, along with solid Core HR knowledge. The candidate must have in-depth functional expertise across the Hire-to-Retire cycle and proven client-facing experience.

Key Requirements (Mandatory):

- 8-10 years of domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the full employee lifecycle

- At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, of which minimum 2 must be on HCM Cloud

- Hands-on expertise in Talent Management & Recruiting modules with Core HR

- Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows

- Demonstrated client-facing experience in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live

- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and client management skills

- Leadership skills with planning, mentoring, work allocation, and project reporting

- Flexibility to travel (domestic or international, short/long term)
