Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with strong expertise in both Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Grants Management, and Project Execution Management (PEM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across project lifecycle management, financials, grants, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Fusion PPM - Grants Management (PPM/PPG/MG):

- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with focus on Grants Management.

- Manage end-to-end Grants lifecycle including:

1. Budgeting and funding allocation

2. Award setup and management

3. Compliance tracking and reporting

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Grants modules.

- Support full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations for PPM solutions.

2. Oracle Fusion PPM - Project Execution Management (PEM):

- Configure and support Project Execution Management processes.

- Manage project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.

- Handle resource management and allocation.

- Oversee project controls and financial tracking.

- Ensure integration across project costing, billing, and contracts.

Skills:

- Minimum 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations (preferred).

- Strong hands-on experience in:

1. Project Costing

2. Project Billing

3. Project Contracts

4. Project Control

5. Project Financial Management

- Experience working with Oracle Fusion tools:

1. FSM (Functional Setup Manager)

2. ADFdi (Excel integration tools)

3. FBDI (File-Based Data Import)

4. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

5. BI Publisher reporting

Soft Skills:

- Requirement gathering
