Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our enterprise transformation team in Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Bangalore. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless financial operations for our global clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, technical architects, and key business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable financial modules. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' financial reporting, compliance frameworks, and overall digital transformation journey, ensuring that the implemented solutions drive measurable business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation cycles for Oracle Financials and RMCS, ensuring that system configurations align perfectly with client-specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Translate intricate business processes into functional design documents, facilitating clear communication between technical development teams and non-technical business users.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and solution mapping to optimize financial workflows, thereby reducing manual effort and enhancing data accuracy for the end customer.

- Manage complex data migration and integration activities, ensuring that legacy financial data is accurately transitioned to the Oracle Cloud environment without disrupting business continuity.

- Provide expert-level post-production support and troubleshooting, enabling users to navigate system challenges and maximizing the return on investment for our clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud environments, with a specific focus on the end-to-end configuration of Oracle Financials and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial business logic and translate it into scalable system configurations.

- Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
