Oracle Functional Finance Consultant

Description: Hiring Now: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.

Location: Mumbai (Work from office) Project Location Anywhere in India or Abroad depending upon client location.

Experience: 2 to 6 Years.

Immediate Joiners Preferred or candidates available within 30 days.

EDUCATION: A Post Graduate degree or any equivalent Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (M.Com / MBA Finance) or related field.

Candidates with relevant domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting are preferred.

JOB PROFILE: Must have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.

Should have been involved in at least one full-cycle implementation with working knowledge of:

- Accounts Payables (AP)

- Accounts Receivables (AR)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Expense Management & Financial Reporting

- Ability to understand, map, and document business processes and client requirements.

- Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules as per business/project needs.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, MD50s/BR100s, and other implementation documentation.

- Assist in data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover activities.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues within SLA.

- Work closely with technical teams for reports, customizations, extensions, and integrations.

- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

- Stay updated with Oracle Financials patches, updates, and new features.

- Display a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ability to take ownership.

- Should be open to travel to client locations based on project requirements.
