Oracle Financial Tech Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Applications, specifically: GL, DRM/HFM/FAH
- Oracle cloud migration experience, understanding fundamentals of Oracle EBS (HFM/DRM/GL)
- Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting flows, and month-end close processes.
- Experience delivering large, cross-functional programs involving enterprise-scale Oracle platforms.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architecture.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience in Agile methodology and attending scrum ceremonies
