Role Overview:

As an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Financials modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and maximize the value of their Oracle investment. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining financial processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from clients to understand their specific needs and challenges related to Oracle Financials, Procurement and Collections.

- Design and configure Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Bill Management and Requisitions, to align with client requirements and industry best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle Financials configurations and customizations.

- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Financials solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials functionality, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business disruption.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement custom solutions and integrations to extend the functionality of Oracle Financials.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Financials releases and features, and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Oracle Financials implementations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Bill Management and Requisitions.

- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Financials solutions.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
