Oracle finance Functional Analyst | Gurgaon location  Opening in leading travel industry (E-commerce) for Oracle finance functional consultant role :  Essential Duties :   - Perform duties of System administrator  - Ensure process and procedural compliance for all changes being introduced to Financial system  - Participate in internal and external SOX Audits  - Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS and related technologies  - Driving resolution of production support issues predominantly in Order to Cash cycle and/or Procure to Pay Cycle  - Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems  - Supporting key business processes/activities including but not limited to Month end and Yearend support activities to Business users  - Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.  - Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management  - Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production  - Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance  - Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment  - Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology  - Collaborate with non ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable and scalable solutions  Work Experience and Education Guidelines -   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent experience  - Must have worked on System Administrator functions, followed established processes/procedures  - 6+ years of techno functional experience in Oracle Applications including exposure on tools like PL/SQL, Data Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow, SOA Web services, WebADI  - Strong hands on techno functional knowledge of Oracle Applications (R12) and good knowledge of financials concepts  - Must be having prior experience in Production Support of Oracle EBS R12 environment in distributed environment  Core Competencies :   - Excellent exposure of Oracle Applications predominantly in Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay modules  - Working experience of Oracle Applications System administrator duties.  - Excellent soft skills and ability to work with senior executives/auditors without any supervision  - Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications  - Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.  - Good functional knowledge of different modules of Oracle Apps including but not limited to OM, AR, GL, AP,PO, IBY, CE, FA and understanding of data flow across modules and related technologies  - Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones  - Process oriented person  - Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills (ability to extract, summarize & synthesize facts and suggest the best possible solution) and be a Self-Starter  - Triaging and analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action  - Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle  - Accurately establish the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set reasonable objectives and goals, anticipate and adjust for problems/roadblocks and measure results against goals  Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously  Please confirm these details in resume :  - Experience in O2c & P2P: - Experience in oracle System Admin: - CCTC: - ECTC: - NP:
