
Job Role: Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services) Consultant

Position Summary:
- Appointed Candidate plays an important role running our day-to-day activities focusing mainly on
Consolidation, Close and all other associated modules.
- Working closely with the Accounting teams, this role primarily supports users by understanding the requirements and translate them into the software application functionality.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle FCCS Cloud with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle FCCS Implementation:
- Responsible for end-to-end development, and system configuration for Oracle FCCS cloud application
and create automations around the same.
- Responsible for support and maintenance of other connected systems that support different processes and it's integrations.
- Provides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-
functional team in month/quarter close activities.
- Supports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Provides programming of custom code and migrates the solutions to production, Participates in validation activities.
- Maintains the technical documentation related to Record to Report and related modules.
- Conduct gap analysis and work with cross-functional teams to customize and enhance FCCS
functionalities.
- Manages the production migration of fixes and enhancements.
- Serves as the subject matter expert in the R2R domain and understands the detailed system functionality including Audit requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree
preferred.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in implementing and supporting with at least two full life cycle, end-to-
end implementation of FCCS.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite and integration
capabilities with other Oracle Cloud applications.
- Familiar with Authentication mechanisms & security Protocols.
- Experience working with ERP systems and 3rd party systems in a cloud-based environment.
- Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and lifecycle (Development, Testing,
Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare).
- Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report modules is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client issues by delivering scalable EPM
solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Knowledge of PowerShell/Batch/Shell scripting.
- Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall).
- Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools is preferred.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle FCCS or Oracle Cloud EPM are a major plus.
