Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (IN) modules to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring applications, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.

- Configure and implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules, primarily Order Management (OM) and Inventory (IN).

- Provide functional expertise across Procurement modules including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.

- Translate business requirements into functional design documents and solution specifications.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, customizations, and extensions.

- Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

- Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.

- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure Oracle SCM Cloud solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, risk management, and status reporting activities.

- Support change management initiatives and user adoption efforts.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Oracle SCM Cloud Modules: Order Management (OM), Inventory Management (IN), Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts.

- Functional Competencies: Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes; expertise in SCM Cloud configuration, setup, and business process optimization.

- Technical Exposure: Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools; exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Oracle SCM Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience delivering multiple Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects.
