Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant - Manufacturing Firm

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing modules.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end functional solutions across supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities

Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules including:

- Inventory Management

- Order Management

- Bill of Materials (BOM)

- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes

- Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities (SIT/UAT)

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting during and after implementation

- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and user manuals

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful customizations and integrations

- Train end users and support change management initiatives

- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations

- At least one full-cycle implementation in Oracle Cloud SCM

Strong functional knowledge of:

- Oracle Manufacturing Cloud

- Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Procurement & Sourcing

- Order Management

- BOM & Costing

- Good understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (SCM/Manufacturing preferred)

- Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- Knowledge of data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
