Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant with deep expertise in Lease Management and Lease Accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842). This role involves driving end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations with a strong focus on lease lifecycle management, compliance automation, and financial transformation initiatives. You will work with global clients to design scalable solutions that improve transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules with a focus on Lease Management
- Manage complete lease lifecycle processes including recognition, amortization, remeasurement, and termination
- Integrate lease accounting solutions with core financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive data migration, reporting, and integration strategies across systems
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 standards through automated solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWAI / MBA (Finance)
- 7-10 years of professional experience
- 5-7 years in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
- 2-3 years in Finance & Accounting domain
Core Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Lease Accounting & Lease Management processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Fixed Assets (FA), GL, AP, AR, Cash Management
- Expertise in end-to-end lease lifecycle management
- Experience integrating lease solutions with financial and project modules
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Exposure to Advanced Collections, Treasury, Project Costing & Billing, Risk Management Cloud (AFC, ACS), EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub
- Minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations (US experience preferred)
- Experience in data conversion, solution architecture, and reporting design
