Job Title: Domain Consultant (BFS)

Role Summary: We are looking for a Domain Consultant (BFS) with 2 - 4 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech. The candidate will support domain consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, and client engagement initiatives across payments, cards, open banking, and digital banking ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.

- Support solution design and business process mapping for payments, cards, and digital banking initiatives.

- Conduct client discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to create value propositions, client presentations, and solution proposals.

- Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

- Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in BFS.

- Work closely with technology and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.

Required Experience/Skills:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain roles.

- Good understanding of:

- Payment ecosystem and payment flows

- ISO 20022 / ISO 8583 messaging standards

- Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement)

- Open Banking and API-based integrations

- Risk, AML, and fraud management concepts

- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience supporting pre-sales, consulting, or solutioning activities is preferred.

- Ability to create business requirements, process flows, and client-facing presentations.
