Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization

- Collaborate with offshore and onshore partners on driving strategic initiatives (AIML, Process transformation, Technology initiatives) in claims capability

- Identify process transformation and optimization opportunities, drive those to completion in collaboration with business and technology

- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data

- Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model

- Track and ensure that process improvement goals in aligned span are met and relevant initiatives are launched to support attainment of critical business objectives

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.

Required Qualifications:

- Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute, with minimum 4+ years of total experience

- Experience in project management and change management

- Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, RPA and their applications

- Excellent Knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint tools

- Proven solid quantitative, communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Six sigma certification

- Knowledge of US healthcare
