Primary Responsibilities:
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and maintain clear, value-based positioning and messaging for products and product families aligned to US healthcare market needs
- Translate complex product capabilities into client-ready value narratives focused on outcomes, cost management, and operational impact
- Ensure messaging consistency across product families while allowing flexibility for specific buyer segments
Go-to-Market and Launch Execution:
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements
- Own launch execution activities including timelines, asset readiness, and internal enablement
Sales Enablement and Commercial Support:
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including one-pagers, capability decks, FAQs, and executive presentations
- Support standardized RFP and proposal content
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Act as a trusted product marketing partner to US stakeholders
- Clarify ambiguous inputs and translate them into structured deliverables
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure all messaging and materials adhere to healthcare regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B Marketing is mandatory.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in B2B product marketing, public relations, solution marketing, or enterprise marketing
- 5+ years project management experience within a matrix organization
- Experience supporting US-based or any other international, enterprise businesses
Preferred Qualification: Healthcare, insurance, PBM, or regulated industry experience.
