The B2B Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns aimed at driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
You will be collaborating closely with marketing, demand management, and other cross-functional partners to successfully develop, execute, and measure Marketo programs designed to meet business objectives and goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the email marketing expert by providing strategy and guidance on best practices, while staying up to date with Marketo features, capabilities, and the latest industry and digital marketing trends
- Complete daily quality assurance checks on assets and programs built by team members and partner stakeholders
- Create and manage proper audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand management stakeholders to align on project requests and tasks, ensuring campaigns align with overall strategy and business goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and increased effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of building and deploying email marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage or similar marketing automation tool
- Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining solid attention to detail.
- Proven excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Proven solid ability to creatively solve problems, create and improve processes
- Proven self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with ambiguity
- Proven solid ability to learn technology and keep up with ever changing advances and capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications in marketing automation and/or technology platforms (i.e. Marketo Business Practitioner Expert Certification or similar)
- Experience deploying drip and nurture programs in Adobe Marketo Engage
- Experience with analytics tools (PowerBI, DOMO, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar work management tools
- B2B campaign experience
