Shift Time:

3.30pm to 1am IST

Primary Responsibilities:

- This is a Business Reporting and Data Analytics (Billable) position as part of Optum Health Analytics (OH) globalization initiative and will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing client requirements and complex business scenarios

2. Designing innovative, analytical, and fully automated products and solutions

3. Leading a team of BI Developers to execute key projects and deliverables

4. Ensuring high quality and flawless execution of products

5. Providing consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients

- This resource will be supporting the OH Team for the following:

1. Leading a highly matrixed global data analytics team

2. Partnering closely with US based leaders to develop recruiting, hiring, training, and talent development strategy

3. Supporting short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics

4. Active and direct participation in development activities of product and solutions

5. Able to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives.
