Position Overview:

The Business Analyst will acquire subject matter expertise on Optimum's products and work as a liaison between Optimum's account managers and the solutions delivery teams. This role will have key participation in the implementation of products for new accounts as well as development of new features in various product lines across our Business Management and other Network Development solutions. The responsibility will span Optimum's global accounts. The job will be based in Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire subject matter expertise in automotive domain and the assigned product line.

- Review the quality and consistency of financial statements received from dealerships and ensure high data quality.

- Work closely with the account managers in understanding feature requests and analyzing the impact on existing features of the product.

- Develop requirement specifications for customer-specific dashboards, reports, and other business requirements.

- Coordinate with the engineering teams on development of new system functionality.

- Create documentation for users to help them effectively use Optimum's solutions. Our systems are used by Corporate, Field and Dealer users.

- Test new features and reports before & after system deployments.

- Support users in understanding and using the software product.

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in accounting or similar disciplines.Automotive industry experience will be beneficial.

- Post graduate qualifications in management will be an advantage.

- Overall work experience of 5 - 7 years of which 1 - 2 years' experience should be in Financial Analysis.

- Must be proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
