Domain Lead - Asset & Wealth Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Domain Lead to spearhead our Asset & Wealth Management practice. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for an industry practitioner - ideally a former banker, portfolio manager, or wealth advisor - who can own the domain, shape AI-driven transformation strategies, and build trusted relationships at the CXO and senior stakeholder level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end for the Asset & Wealth Management domain, setting ambitious growth targets and accountability frameworks.

- Lead the identification, validation, and commercialization of high-value business use cases across wealth advisory, portfolio management, and digital platforms.

- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to client CXOs, Board members, and senior stakeholders - influencing decisions and building long-term partnerships.

- Define and execute cross-pod strategies that align domain initiatives with broader organisational goals.

- Collaborate closely with delivery, technology, and product teams to co-create AI/technology-enabled wealth management solutions.

- Lead client conversations end-to-end - from solution positioning and pre-sales to deal closure and ongoing engagement.

- Represent domain strategy and performance in Board-level discussions and governance forums.

- Mentor and develop teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Required Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Private Banking, Wealth Advisory, or related financial services roles.

- Prior hands-on experience as a banker, portfolio manager, or investment advisor strongly preferred.

- Deep domain expertise across portfolio construction, wealth advisory models, risk & compliance frameworks, and digital wealth platforms.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related quantitative discipline.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution, with specialisation in Finance, Investment Management, or Strategy is highly preferred.

- Advanced degrees such as MSc in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or Applied Economics are a strong differentiator.

Preferred Certifications:

- CFA, CFP, CAIA, FRM or equivalent domain certifications.
