About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with deep expertise in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership with domain expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for Wealth Management clients.

- Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders.

- Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.

- Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers.

- Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.

- Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops, and strategic advisory.

Required Experience:

- 15 years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery.

- Experience working with Wealth Management, Multi-Family Office, Private Investment, Asset Management, or Private Banking organizations.

- Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and wealth management business processes.

- Experience managing large global delivery teams.

- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
