Role Summary:

- The Tech Ops role supports seamless omnichannel operations by managing and optimizing Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\

- The role requires a solid understanding of warehouse processes, marketplace integrations, and the end-to-end e-commerce value chain.

- The candidate should be able to work across systems, configure workflows, analyze operational data, and generate insights to improve business.

- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.

Experience Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience as business analyst/tech ops, preferably in eCommerce.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).

- Proven experience implementing tools, managing cross-functional programs, and implementing test plans.

- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.

- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and process improvement abilities."
