Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Category Leader Kitchen to lead our TerraSpan vertical within the OHL LOB (Outdoor, Home & Living). You will own the entire category P&L, drive supplier and brand partnerships, lead strategic growth initiatives, and execute customer-first strategies. Your work will directly impact category growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Kitchen category end-to-end including strategy, growth, and profitability
- Own and manage the categorys P&L and deliver top-line and bottom-line targets
- Identify key growth drivers and design a clear roadmap for category expansion
- Build and manage supplier/brand relationships, onboarding high-potential partners
- Develop customer-centric assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain
- Leverage data to drive visibility, conversions, and operational efficiency
- Champion innovation, speed, and ownership to drive outcomes across all category levers
Experience & Skills Needed
- 8+ years of experience in category management, business development, or e-commerce
- At least 5 years of experience in managing lifestyle or home-related categories, preferably kitchenware
- Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a P&L
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-led decision making
- Experience in brand acquisition, partnership management, and vendor negotiations
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- MBA or relevant business degree preferred
