Opptra - Business Analyst ( Offroll ) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in business reporting and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI and a strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and metrics. Experience or interest in integrating AI-enabled automation within dashboards to drive predictive insights and enhance decision-making will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. - Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Translate complex business needs into measurable KPIs and data visualizations. - Integrate AI-powered features such as automated anomaly detection, forecasting, or natural language insights within dashboards where applicable. - Maintain and continuously improve existing reports and dashboards with automation capabilities. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs. - Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis and reporting. - Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices). - Exposure to or interest in AI/ML tools or features within Power BI or similar platforms. - Good understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field. Preferred: - Prior experience in eCommerce, retail, or supply chain reporting. - Exposure to tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Python for data analysis. - Experience working with Power BI AI capabilities such as Smart Narratives, Key Influencers, Q&A, or Azure ML integration.
