OPPO India is hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist Event, MICE & Marketing Services to join our procurement team.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive supplier partnerships that deliver value, efficiency, and innovation.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

6-9 years of experience in indirect purchasing with a strong focus on marketing categories.

Proven track record of managing marketing spend and delivering cost savings.

Location:

Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Events, MICE, and marketing categories to achieve cost savings, value optimization, and risk mitigation.

- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, innovative solutions, and competitive pricing.

Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organizations quality, cost, and service requirements.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

- Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.
