As we expand our brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and testing communities, were looking for a creative powerhouse who can craft high-impact, social-first content that drives visibility, engagement, and influence.

About The Role:

Were seeking a highly creative Social Media Specialist who understands storytelling, viral formats, and platform-native content.

This role requires someone who can independently ideate, script, design, and execute social content that resonates with tech, SaaS, QA/testing, and AI audiences.

Basic design skills are essential; exceptional creativity is non-negotiable.

What Youll Do:

Viral Content Creation & Ideation:

- Conceptualize and produce high-engagement content including reels, short videos, memes, carousels, motion graphics, and narrative-based posts.

- Research trending formats, themes, and hooks across AI, SaaS, testing, and tech communities.

- Develop storyboards, scripts, and platform-specific captions designed for maximum shareability.

- Simplify complex testing and AI concepts into visually engaging, scroll-stopping content.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

- Build and maintain monthly content calendars.

- Create differentiated content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and community platforms.

- Track analytics and iterate based on performance insights and engagement trends.

- Manage posting, scheduling, community responses, and follower growth initiatives.

Visual & Creative Production:

- Produce social-first creatives using Canva, Figma, or simple motion/clip editing tools.

- Collaborate with designers or editors for advanced creative requirements.

- Maintain visual and brand consistency across all content.

Community Engagement & Growth:

- Engage actively with QA, developer, AI, and testing communities.

- Participate in conversations, comment threads, and trends to boost organic visibility.

- Identify opportunities for collaborations with influencers, testers, and thought leaders.

What Were Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content creation, or storytelling.

- Proven ability to create viral or high-performing postsportfolio links highly preferred.

- Strong copywriting skills with sharp hooks, creative storytelling, and platform-native writing.

- Basic design proficiency (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop).

- Familiarity with analytics tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, and YouTube Studio.

- Highly creative, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal direction.

- Bonus: experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B content (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).

- Meme creation and humor-driven content abilities.

- Ability to repurpose long-form assets (blogs, webinars, feature releases) into social stories.

- Experience supporting campaigns, launches, webinars, or event coverage.
