About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader with deep BFSI domain expertise to help us expand our footprint across banks, insurers, and financial institutions in the APAC region.

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where you will:.

- Own strategic BFSI accounts.

- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

- Build long-term CXO relationships.

- Position Pcloudy as a strategic digital experience and quality partner, not just a testing tool.

You'll be selling into large, regulated enterprises that care deeply about performance, reliability, -security, and customer trust-making this role ideal for someone who understands BFSI buying behavior and enterprise transformation journeys.

What You'll Do:

- Own and grow enterprise BFSI accounts across the APAC region.

- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within existing BFSI customers.

- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle-from discovery and value articulation to commercial closure.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Heads of QA, Engineering, Digital, and Procurement.

- Develop account-level strategies aligned with BFSI digital transformation initiatives.

- Partner closely with System Integrators, technology alliances, and cloud partners for co-selling and joint GTM motions.

- Work with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong solution fit and long-term success.

- Represent Pcloudy at industry events, BFSI forums, and executive briefings.

- Bring back market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to influence product and GTM strategy.

What We're Looking For:

- 10-12 years of experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS Sales.

- Strong track record of selling into Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.

- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience working with or through System Integrators and large partner ecosystems.

- Executive presence with strong storytelling, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
