We're seeking an HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to oversee key HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, and the full employee life cycle. Key Responsibilities -Cultural Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to promote a healthy, inclusive culture and align company values with daily operations. - Provide guidance on fostering a positive work environment. -Performance Management: Manage performance processes, set clear goals, give feedback, and guide career development and succession planning. -Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being. - Address concerns through feedback and surveys, and implement initiatives that promote team morale. -Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle: Lead the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions, positive experiences, and continuous improvement. -Employee Relations & Well-Being: Support employees with workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and ensuring a transparent and respectful environment. -HR Strategy Alignment: Ensure HR strategies align with business objectives, working cross-functionally to implement performance and engagement programs. -Process Improvement & HR Solutions: Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability. - Implement tools and best practices that enhance the employee experience. -Data-Driven Insights: Use HR data to track performance, engagement, and retention. - Leverage insights to drive improvements in HR practices and employee satisfaction. What Youll Bring - 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role, ideally in a startup environment. - Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, and employee life cycle. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels. - Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting well-being. - Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. - Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering results. - Data-driven mindset to improve HR processes and drive business success. - Passion for creating an inclusive, high-performance work culture.
