Position: Lead- Cloud Infra Optimization & Security Specialist

Location: Noida

Total Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud.

Overlapping Experience:

- 3 years in managing heavy cloud infrastructure (300 + Cloud VMs)

- 2 years managing a team of 4-6 cloud engineers

- 2 years in optimizing & securing cloud infrastructure

- Monitor IAM policies, encryption standards, and access controls.

- Collaborate with finance, DevOps, and security teams to align cost and security goals.

- Implement cloud cost management strategies (rightsizing, reserved instances, savings plans).

- Analyze and optimize cloud usage to reduce costs across AWS/Azure/OCI.

- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and corporate policies.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on cost savings and security posture.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of networking (security groups, firewalls, VPCs).

- Hands-on experience with AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or OCI Billing.

- Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption (KMS, SSL/TLS), and cloud security standards (CIS, NIST).

- Proficiency with tools like CloudHealth or AWS Trusted Advisor.

Preferred Certifications:

- AWS Certified Security Specialty / Solutions Architect

- Azure Security Engineer Associate

- FinOps Foundation Certification

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to explain technical findings to business stakeholders.

- Good documentation and presentation skills.
