
Job Description:
- Distributor Management in the geographical area. Support dealers in their sales and marketing activities in a beneficial manner for the company.
- National Marketing activities by providing relevant information to marketing and other support departments, to contribute to effective internal business processes, and to support effective decision making and actions across the organization. Plan demo and expense utilization to optimize usage while remaining in budget and guidelines, including meeting regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Training & Education (T&E) program as per the requirement of the company.
- Also responsible of making promotion materials (brochure and other promotion goods) as per demand.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Implements, and manages strategic sales initiatives to meet sales plans and forecasts.
- Exceeds revenue targets through distributor sales and direct OEM business wherever applicable.
- Support distributor/channel network and provide mentoring through coaching, training.
- Identify go to market opportunities and execute actions that drive business growth and profitability.
- Anticipates risks and devises contingency plans to manage them.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
- Conduct market assessment to develop specific strategies that drive regional sales growth.
- Utilize effective reporting mechanisms to measure and track field performance of distributors.
- Conduct field visits with distributor representatives to gain a clear understanding of in market product requirements and local market drivers.
- Establish effective communication tools that enable distributors to provide constant feedback and visibility to progress towards set objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product expertise, including technical and application knowledge.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Prepare all required reports on a timely basis.
- Follow and enforce all corporate policies.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Marketing. Five plus years experience in technical or medical sales with prior experience of channel management preferred.
- Ability to evaluate business contribution capacity as well as manage an efficient sales management organization.
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to tactfully, yet forcefully, deal with independent business people.
