Graduate/ Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare end to end - Revenue Cycle Management day to day operations (main focus on Pediatrics customer operations) - including functions of provider side of business with hands on experience in Pediatrics operations (preferably) or any other specialty but also Front end (scheduling, eligibility benefits, cash collection) and backend operations (denial, follow up ,patient calling) experience and post treatment systems (billing,posting). The candidate must have degree of domain expertise in end to end RCM functions (front end & back end), P&L management with team management experience of fte's ranging between 500 to 700. Job Location : Hyderabad / Chennai Shift time : 6 pm to 3 am Candidate Requirements: - Candidate is expected to provide knowledge leadership by displaying a high degree of domain expertise in end to end RCM functions (main focus on Pediatrics customer operations but also including Front and Backend operations) . - The Candidate will be responsible for a span in the range of 500-700 FTEs. The span can vary depending upon process complexity and stage of business . - P&L Management by keeping close watch on LLR . - Client relationship management . - Upselling capabilities and performance to add further business & scope of work . - Identify and lead projects of high impact within the business . - Manage delivery of client's expectations outlined in the scope of work SOW. - Manage Day to Day Operations by applying appropriate contractual provisions (scope of work), following quality & compliance guidelines, and leveraging expert resources. - Ability to oversee and manage a team that will handle Backend service delivery for multiple clients/sites/facility. - This role is to ensure that the Middle management are managing their teams and meets all KRAs & SLAs. - Understand Operations and Corporate Compliance, Policies and Procedures and best practices.
