Why This Role Exists
PKD's leadership team is executing at full capacity. Work is moving quickly across Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Client Success - but cross-functional visibility, dependency tracking, and formal documentation are limited.
This role exists to:
- Create operational clarity
- Build visibility systems
- Prevent execution gaps
- Ensure cross-functional alignment
- Bring structure without bureaucracy
This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role.
1. Map & Document Workflows
- Conduct structured interviews with cross-functional teams
- Document end-to-end workflows:
- Patient qualification
- Order routing
- Client onboarding
- Billing & invoicing
- Revenue cycle & collections
- Partner support
- Identify bottlenecks and breakdown points
- Build practical SOPs and process maps
2. Build Operational Visibility
- Design and maintain cross-functional initiative trackers
- Create dashboards and operational scorecards
- Track inter-team dependencies
- Establish status reporting cadences
- Create structured escalation paths
3. Drive Accountability Without Authority
- Follow up on commitments and open items
- Facilitate cross-functional sync meetings
- Maintain issue logs and drive resolution
- Surface risks before they become failures
- Ensure decisions, owners, and timelines are documented
4. Support Continuous Improvement
- Identify high-impact processes for redesign
- Implement incremental improvements
- Measure and track process impact
- Build a continuous improvement intake mechanism
- Translate operational gaps into automation requirements
Must Have:
- 6-10 years in Operations / Program Management / Business Operations / Process Improvement
- Experience mapping complex cross-functional workflows
- Strong dependency tracking & stakeholder management
- Proficiency in tools: Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion or similar
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written & verbal English
- Ability to work EST overlap hours
