Operations Program Manager - Healthcare

Job Description:

We are looking for highly driven, analytical, and execution-focused Operations Program Managers to join the fast-scaling operations team at CNH. This role is ideal for young, high-potential candidates from Tier 1 backgrounds who enjoy solving real-world operational problems at scale.

You will work across multiple teams including doctors, diagnostics partners, customer operations, product, and business teams to improve healthcare delivery across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive end-to-end problem solving

- Work closely with internal teams including doctor operations, diagnostics, customer support, product, and business stakeholders

- Coordinate with external partners such as labs, hospitals, and healthcare vendors across India

- Build scalable workflows and operational processes

- Track operational metrics, SLAs, turnaround times, and escalations

- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

- Analyze operational data to derive insights and improve efficiency

- Work on solutioning for new operational challenges as the company scales

- Handle ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with speed
