About the Role:
We are looking for a Channel Engagement Manager to lead and manage test center operations and partner relationships across assigned locations.
This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, performance management, and a seamless testing experience through strong coordination, documentation, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

Eligibility & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business/management or equivalent
- 34 years experience in operations, partner/vendor management, or client support roles
- Strong understanding of SOP-driven operations, compliance, and audits
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with analytical reporting ability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments
- Willing to travel and comfortable with extended or weekend work when required
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada
