We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - US Healthcare to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our healthcare staffing division.
This role requires a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, team leadership, and operational excellence, with the ability to drive team performance, achieve placement targets, and ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute recruitment plans and production goals aligned with the annual business plan.
- Ensure individual, team revenue, and gross profit goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute recruiting programs to increase placements, profits, and market share.
- Lead individual and team performance management, including annual performance evaluations.
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and mentoring to team members to achieve business objectives.
- Foster an environment of accountability, responsibility, and trust across the team.
- Manage training and skill development programs for new and existing team members.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Leadership to explore innovative candidate sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences, client interactions, and industry events.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while driving team engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing Recruitment.
- Prior experience in team leadership, customer service, and operational management in healthcare staffing.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment cycle and market trends.
- Demonstrated team-oriented management style with proven ability to motivate and retain talent.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a professional and assertive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work varied schedules as required.
