Operations Manager - Plant

Role:

Lead and optimize day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across production, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards

- Manage cross-functional teams to meet production targets

- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives

- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and maintenance teams

- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent (preferably from IIM or Tier-1 institute)

- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in automotive or industrial manufacturing

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ERP skills
