Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to delivery managers across different location and units
- Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Oversee the implementation of transformation solutions throughout the business account while ensuring desired productivity gains to be passed back to the customer
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- SLA Management and Reporting, Continuous Process Improvement, Escalation Management, Resolution of complex process issues in partnership with the client
