We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in process optimization, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives - Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and productivity across departments - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies through process improvement initiatives - Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Customer Service - Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning - Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement - Prepare and present operational reports to senior management - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements - Drive operational excellence using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in IT, manufacturing, logistics, etc. - Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain, customer service, or project operations - Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills - Proficient in using MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and other operational tools - Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or MBA. - Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
