Operations Manager - Healthcare

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day hospital operations in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will preferably have a medical background with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning across departments while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to optimize workflow and patient experience.

- Oversee resource allocation including staffing, equipment, and facilities to meet operational requirements.

- Implement hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

- Monitor and improve operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.

- Lead and mentor operational teams to enhance productivity and service quality.

- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support hospital goals.

- Address operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions in patient care.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding operational status and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:
