Operations Manager - Global Supply Chain Thermal Management

We are looking for a dynamic Global Supply Chain Thermal Management Operations Manager to be the single point of contact for all supply chain activities in the Thermal Management Fluids (TMF) business. This role will closely partner with PU supply chains, Procurement, and the TMF commercial team, providing focused functional leadership and enabling the growth of the TMF business.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic supply chain expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution skills to drive excellence in inventory management, S&OP, and new product introduction across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. S&OP Leadership

- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Thermal Management Fluids business.

- Partner with the commercial team to align on sales forecasts, demand planning, and new business opportunities.

2. Supply Chain Readiness & Optimization

- Ensure global supply chain readiness to meet current and future TMF business requirements.

- Conduct Make vs Buy reviews, assess supply networks, support localization, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

3. Inventory & Deployment Management

- Lead inventory deployment across Performance Units (PUs).

- Own inventory KPIs, including SLOB reduction, ageing, and inventory productivity.

- Collaborate closely with commercial teams, PU supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to ensure inventory efficiency.

4. New Product Introduction (NPI)

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Plants, and Procurement for NPIs.

- Ensure smooth deployment of new products across the supply network.

5. Cross-Functional & Customer Support

- Coordinate with internal teams on global account setup, customer-specific requests, and product costing for quotations.

- Lead Global RFI and RFQ processes for key accounts such as Microsoft, FBox, and Bitmain Technologies.
